There are different levels of recipe reinvention:

Sugar-free:  These recipes are those that are made without any added sugar.  Most likely it will contain Splenda, either added directly or through the addition of a prepared product that contains Splenda or some other type of sweetner, such as sugar alcohols.

No sugar added:  A recipe labeled this way probably has some minor amount of sugar, or trace of corn syrup in one of it's ingredients, but has no granulated sugar as an ingredient.

Low-sugar:  In a recipe that is considered low-sugar, some amount of sugar has been added.  The reason is usually textural.  For example, many cookie recipes will require some amount of brown sugar.  By using Splenda Blend brown sugar we can reduce the amount of sugar to 1/4 the original amount called for in the recipe.  Another example, might be a recipe that needs some amount of powdered sugar.  There are also some canned products that might be lower calorie but not sugar free.  All of these recipes will be clearly labeled so that you are aware that they are not completely sugar free.

Reduced-sugar:  I may from time to time include a recipe that still has a considerable amount of sugar, but would have much less than it's original version.  These might be something that you would want to prepare on a special occasion.  Again, all of these recipes will be clearly labeled so that you can make good decisions.

Note:  I am not a nutritionist.  I am just a regular person who loves to bake and has a sweet tooth, but who doesn't need to eat much sugar.  The recipes I provide on this blog will not have nutritional information.  Each person should read the ingredient lists and follow advice of their own doctor as far as what can and cannot be eaten.
